Navigating folders to find multi tracks to import

Minor issue but it is taking up time. When I select a multitrack from a folder somewhere, it would be nice if the next multitrack automatically opened that same folder. Currently I need to navigate to find it every time.

Better might be to allow multiple multitrack files to be selected in one go and they get added automatically. Maybe even a zip file.

Which folder is displayed on default is handled by iOS but I will take a look if this could be specified when opening the file selector.

After upgrading to iPadOS 16.7 (from 14) I found that issue as well. If I close Files app it remembers last opened folder (where new multitrack files are located), but when selecting next track in the Multitrack Setup Files app shows On My iPad folder by default every time. ST3 used to remember last opened folder, at least it was working on iPadOS 14.

Again, ST3 can not tell the file selector which folder to display by default. This is done somewhere within the depths of iOS and I can not influence it.

My issue is resolved! After sending a folder containing all tracks of a multitrack song via AirDrop I press Save to Files, chose location and then press on any audio file in that folder. It just opens a preview (standard Files player). This action triggers iOS to actually remember this particular folder as a recent folder. So when I start to add files into a multitrack song - it shows that exact folder every time by default. In the left side bar in the Files app you can swipe and delete recent folders to keep everything clean.
Recently I start preparing stsa files on my Mac, then I just AirDrop to iPad 8-track multitrack song with lyrics (time coded chords in my case) and very precise regions (thanks to a new feature in version 3.8) - another way.
