I cannot swiping on songs to add autoplay

No, swipe left always works. There is no setting to disable it. Can you use the swipe gesture in other apps (Mail for example)? Maybe you changed some of the accessibility settings in iOS to disable swipes?

Another question: I am not able to pair my 2nd device. Both devices are on the same wifi network, but nothing shows up Available Hosts. I have been using this function for several months, not sure what changed. Any troubleshooting advice?

Make sure you have enabled network access in iPad Settings > Stage Traxx 3.
