Karen Help, please! the lastest update has messed up all my playlists, nothing is in the order it was before, it's a desaster! Can anyone help how I can retrieve the old version - or get my playlists back? Thank you!
jaytrax Karen If you have a full backup somewhere, Firstly make sure you are on the latest version by checking via App Store Then hopefully if you have a backup file and use the restore option within settings it may help
peter The migration from version 3.6 to 3.7 unfortunately causes this issue for some users. Once on version 3.7 you will be fine. So if you have a backup file available load it. If not you will have to reorder your playlists manually. After that don‘t forget to create backups from time to time.
