iCloud not working

I can only get my stagetraxx to work across devices using the backup and restore option. My primary device has missing files when iCloud synced. I did have many files in the same sendanywhere directory which is where stagetraxx multitrack individual track loads were pointed. Yet stagetraxx can’t find those same files in the same directory when attempting to run the sync option.. very random files it seems in the exact same directory cannot be found. How does stage Traxx want to look for files to play nice with iCloud sync? Is there a reliable directory or are there problems with certain file naming conventions or what do you think might be causing seemingly random files to go missing? Also how is the best practice when syncing. Should all other devices not be turned on to ICloud sync except the primary device? How do you determine which device is the master sync? Thanks

Please use the option Settings > Create support email to send me your logfiles from both devices. I can then take a look what is happening with the sync.

I will create new thread next week here in the forum about more best practices as I now have identified some patterns of what works well and what does not work based on user feedback.
