Would it be possible to auto hide the song list when play is pressed ?

    And have it reappear when the song is finished. This would in effect give more screen room for the lyrics when a song is playing.

        Maybe make songlist / playlist open by a touch anywhere on the lyrics screen ? The open-close arrow is a bit too small when you’re performing.
        Another request (sorry !), any possibility of importing pdf instead of just text to display on the lyrics page ? Would be nice to display sheet music for some songs (or a photo of my cat 😂 )

          Not a good idea, as touching the lyrics screen is used to scroll the text. But you can already map this function to pedal button. The action is called "Open/Close Queue".

          This is on my list, but displaying pdfs is completely different to plain text. So this will require quite a bit of work. It will definitely not be something planned for 3.1.

              With PDFs, I do wonder how you would add time code to the text within the PDF to sync it with the music. As you say, Peter, it’s different from regular text.

              I would want this for sheet music scans for example. Page changes would suit me, no need for time code.

                Perhaps if you had the lyrics spread out over several pages, you could sync the page turning via time code. This will of course mean larger files to be imported into ST3 and that might be a concern for those whose iOS devices have low storage capacity.

                    I usually work with pdf leadsheets I create with Sibelius and the files are only about 40kb per page. So the memory does not concern me at all. It is how to add it into the existing workflows in Stage Traxx that I need to wrap my head around.

                    I guess the first step will be to allow linking plain text lyrics files with a song (might make it into 3.1). Once this is working well I will think about extending file formats to PDF.

                    Another vote here for moving the song list button or at least making it bigger. I also wonder if an option to have the song list close automatically once a subsequent track is selected would be useful although I can believe I would be opening it again to check I've selected the correct song!
