Wifi /bluetooth

Hello, I use two Ipads,one as a host session and one as join session. I have always used the bluetooth connection, but lately the connection sometimes disconnects. Now I have a router with WIFI and tried via wifi to connect both Ipads Ipads, and it worked. So do i have to enable bluetooth or disable ?

johnnie as I understand it wifi takes precedent so there’s no need to disconnect the Bluetooth

Yes, you can leave Bluetooth on. It can still be used to quickly locate other devices. But the actual data transfer will always prefer Wifi which is faster and much more stable.

Wifi works way better - my last gig had no dropouts. Prior gigs using Bluetooth had at least one dropout per set.
