jaytrax so if your remixing the song and want to replace the existing version
Simple go to settings, show Stage Traxx files,
Name your new version identically, then when you copy it replace the other if prompted.
I assume when
Aeronk I want to remix a song that I have in multiple playlists. Is there a quick way of doing this, or is it just a matter of giving the remixed song a slightly different title and manually replacing it in the correct position in each playlist, then remove the older version each time?

Yes good idea jaytrax, but will you also delete lyrics time code ? Which means you need to make sure you save your text editor lyrics so then you can paste them back to the new updated reset version, I do believe this might be the case, perhaps an option to reset a song to zero all settings of a song is needed to simplify this need, when you hit this option it zeroes all EQ, VOLUME, APPLY PITCH TO CHORDS in Multitrack songs and also PITCH , TEMPO in Stereo Songs, or anything else I haven’t thought of that would be useful to reset, this would simplify things greatly, just like a reset of EQ to zero does and many other similar features , I know that’s one reason I always create a full copy backup of my lyrics editor , as you can loose valuable text sync data by reloading a new version of the same song.
A simple reset would be handy in swipe left of every song, as an option to start from scratch without loosing all text edit data that has the ability to toggle back and forth from old settings to new settings while you are editing this song once you leave this song you are then committed to the last setting just like EQ reset logic.
If it is used in playlist mode it only affects that song in the playlist.
If it’s used in song mode it then affects all song versions in all playlists and in song mode.
This then gives the user to choose how much reset he requires and would save a whole lot of time, Specially for Multitrack users.
Or something similar that just works simply.
