How about a way to TAG a track

With over 400 tracks in my various playlists I sometimes encounter a song while playing live that needs investigation. Had that happen last night but for the life of me I cannot remember which track it was. Chords were wrong, or a bad midi patch change. I looked back thru songs with the "played" color but its just not registering which one i need to check.

Yes, this is something I am already thinking about for version 3. I think having tags would be more powerful than just working with playlists.

Prior to finding StageTraxx I used to use a program called Karaoki from PCDJ It had a mode for Solo-Singers rather than for Karaoke. The interface made it very easy to play songs on the fly. Had your songs in one frame and the playlist in another. If someone requested a song, scroll in songs frame to find it, then drag it to the playlist. You could then Move To Top to play immediately. I used a trackball mounted on a stand. Downside was I had to drag around a full PC and monitors, and of course the reliability of PC/Windows platform. IPAD is really the way to go.

There are really some good ideas in that program though.

I’d also like a way of indicating that a song has a problem that I need to fix at home. There is not a chance that I would remember which song/s had a problem once I’ve finished the booking.
