Issue with adding some songs from Itunes library

I am getting a message when I try to import songs songs from the Itunes Library onto Stagg Traxx 3. It reads, importing song failed. Failed to import song. How can I correct this issue

There should be two popups displayed. The first should give you a more detailed explanation including the song title of the failed song.

Try to import song by song and if you find the one that does not import, it would be great if you could send me that file.

There is only one pop up that states it failed. how do I send you the file.

Please send it via email to support@stagetraxx.com.

If you export the file from iTunes to send it via email you could just also send it to your iPad and import as a local file. That should work in any case.

peter Will send in email. I have several of these tracks. These tracks were made for me. I will be sending 4 of them. The Tracks are sent.

Thanks. I got the 4 files, added them to the Music app, synced to the iPad and then imported without any issues in Stage Traxx. Did you try playing them in the Music app on your iPad?

Apart from that, I always recommend importing the files directly and not through iTunes as the iTunes import will degrade audio quality. So now that you have the files, just import them as local files.
