There appears to be a bug in 3.6.10 (8653). When editing lyrics, using ### to apply a Level 3 heading, italics text is generated instead of a Level 3 heading. I'm on an iPad Mini 6 with iPadOS 16.3.1.

That's not a bug. A level 3 heading is a bit larger and in italics.
