Scrolling problems

I prepare my playlists on ST3 on my iMac. With latest version installed on the Mac and my 2 iPad mini 4 I use exclusively for gigs, I've had a problem where scrolling doesn't happen ! Same issue on Mac and both pads.

I start a song and the lyrics are either at start or just about anywhere into the song (a bit weird too !) but the lyrics stay put and don't move up as the song goes along. If I stop and start the song or change songs and return to the one that bugged (not the best solution during a gig...) the problem goes away.
Happens randomly, not always the same songs.
Anyone else having this issue ?

Did you maybe scroll manually during playback? Because that will stop autoscrolling (for songs without timecodes).

Pretty certain I didn’t as I was using my air turn pedal to start songs.
Also I can’t scroll manually on the iMac and it’s happened there too.

Do you have any steps to reproduce the issue?

I'll try tomorrow, but so far it's completely unpredictable.

Hey Peter.
Looks like it WAS a problem of scrolling manually but accidentally and not aware of this change.
Is there a way of locking the scrolling feature ? This problem could happen frequently to me as I often want to re-read a line I missed by “pulling down” the page.
In the past when I removed fingers from screen the scrolling returned to the current position. Far more convenient.
Also, I’m sure I moved the page when going for the “open playlist” tab. Seems over sensitive to me 🥹

Version 3.7 will have a visual indication when scrolling is disabled and will be able to enable it again with a tap.

I hope beta testing can start end of march. iCloud sync is a bitch to implement. So I'm a bit cautious to commit to a date.
