  • Multitrack - master mute in playlist

It would be nice to be able to mute separate tracks in a multitrack in a playlist - say you have a bass on one track and you want to mute that all over the playlist - because you have a bassplayer on this gig.
Now the mute function is dedicated to the song.

That's already possible. Go to Settings -> Audio Routing and set the track you want to Mute to "Off".

Yes - but thats specific for that song - and is the same in the playlist

No, whatever you choose in Settings will affect all songs in all playlists. You define globally that for example track 1 will never be sent to any output regardless of the song specific mute status of that track.

Is there any way to do this per playlist?

For example, I could have one playlist for practicing, which includes all tracks unmuted, then another for playing live that only includes the click track and FOH.

Or even a quicker way to mute globally (rather than going into settings/audio routing/track X output/disabled)?
A perfect place would be in the multitrack setup area shown by the OP...right above the "Track Mutes", add a "Global Mutes" section.

No, mutes are either global or song specific. You can duplicate your songs and adjust the mutes on the rehearsal copies of the songs. This will not take up any additional space.
