Ok, so first the F#/D Problem was caused by a special character version of #. If you look closely you will see that it is rendered a bit differently. Seems like you used some special unicode character to enter the #. If you stick to a normal # it will be rendered correctly.
Then the spacing problem: If you want to add space between chords, just place the spaces inside the brackets. like this: [B ] [C ]
And stop is indeed not recognized as a chord extension. I have never heard about this extension. What does it do?
