In Ear Monitor Mixing ST3 with live instruments.

Hey there!

I have noticed that Bluetooth device latency is considered in the output routing which is awesome! Hopefully it means I can monitor the ST3 outputs during performance with Apple AirPods!

We have a duo: 2 vocals, Guitar, Violin with backing tracks.

Is it possible to route the live audio through ST3 so we can hear the entire mix in our headphones?

Of course I know I can use our normal wireless IEMs but it would be amazing not to have to bring them to the gigs!!!

I guess you could accomplish that by running Stage Traxx inside Audiobus. But the latency will kill your performance. If you only output the playback through bluetooth you will not notice any latency as you are playing to the already delayed signal that you hear. But if you would mix your own signal with the playback and then send both via bluetooth, the resulting latency of 50-100ms will kill your playing.

The latency compensation that Stage Traxx performs will only delay scrolling and sending midi commands so that they are in sync with your playback.
