Hi Peter, i just found that if you do a search in song mode with the lyrics window open, the actual first search result is hidden in the upper section of song list column, the first search result needs to be in view under the search tab.
But i did get it to behave at some stage and it was ok, but then when i switched windows again did a search sure enough the first result was hidden again , so it seems to have a pattern of some sort.
