I'm coming over from programming osc in Bandhelper
This is to automate reverb decay times and pre delay on a per song basis (I have over 600 songs)

My mixer is a MR18 (Midas version of XR18)
These use the OSC protocol

I guess a workaround would be to use a midi translator such as Bome Midi Translator Pro

Can you confirm if a midi signal is sent out on song select or play ?

If so I can workaround this ?

Yes, ST3 can send MIDI either when a song is selected or when you hit play. See here: https://stagetraxx.com/user-guide/midi/#send-midi

Can this be a per song basis not just a play trigger
As each song would need a specific midi program change to then convert to a reverb time which will be variable depending on tempo

You can set it on per song level (with tags in song lyrics) or on a global basis (in settings).

Hi Peter, so because my mixer (MIDAS MR18 uses the OSC protocol, I've used Bome Midi Translator Pro to convert CC messages to OSC

The CC gets embedded into the lyrics and the conversion to OSC works seamlessly and all done via CME Widi Master
