This is regarding orig StageTrax not ST3. For about 2 weeks I have been having erratic issues with songs that have been working mysteriously becoming red. I edit it in the playlist and select Repair Link then after finding song in either the Songs or Playlist, I get "Unexpected Error Could not open audio file".
I go into itunes and the file plays perfectly. So I resync and I guess it sees no changes so doesnt fix it. So In iTunes I opened the SongInfo and made a change to the track number. Resync and it syncs but repairing link results in the same error. I find that sometimes if I delete the file in iTunes, then drag the mp3 file from windows file manger back into itunes to link it. Then sync it fixes it. BUT... seems each time I sync I see it syncing song# that I know I have not touched! This is driving me nuts. I just copied all my 507 files into a new Dropbox folder. In ST I linked dropbox. Created a new folder ALL Tracks and did Add Files and selected Local Files. It does not see them?
I even deleted ST from the iPad and re-installed.
Any ideas?

P.S. I am hoping soon that ST3 will be out so I can eliminate iTunes from the picture and use Google Drive. I can use mp3tag to store the lyrics in the file.
