Importing iTunes files

Can’t add files from ITunes library. They are songs I own and are in mpeg format. They show in my ITunes library but when I open Stage Traxx 3 they are not there to add. Please advise as this is very frustrating

If they are not displayed, they are copy protected. ST3 only shows songs without copy protection.

These are not copy protected at all. Same format, same process of adding to my iTunes library. Downloaded from site that I purchased from and added to ITunes. They will show from the ITunes library but when importing to the Stagetraxx they are not visible to import.
I can copy and paste from ITunes and add them to Google Drive or ICloud Drive and they can be imported with no problem. Just wonder why they are not visible to Stagetraxx when searching direct from my ITunes library. At least I know I can add them using a work around.

This only happens to some songs not all. Again same format and in most cases same purchase process as ones that do show up in my library. Only run into it on occasion and can’t figure out what the hang up is.

Screenshot shows the song ‘Shine Down On Me” Visible in library but not visible when trying to do an import of the song mentioned. Thank you for your help. I love the Stagetraxx and new to the software so have a lot to learn.

Is it possible that you did not download them to the iPad before importing into ST3? Items that are only in the cloud are also not displayed in the import view.

No they were downloaded so that was not the problem either. I have had this happen on several songs but so far have found a work around.
