Feature request. What backup has st3 currently got installed?

Hi Peter.

I have 2 identical I pads and normally keep both of them in sync by creating a cloud database back up on one and restoring it on another. The last couple of days, I added midi and lyrics to a few songs on one iPad, then stupidly picked up another pad and edited a few other things. So now I’m in the position where both pads are different and ultimately I have to decide which one to back up. I’m just wondering in the future could it be possible to know which database is actually loaded with a date and time reference maybe so I don’t sync old databases and delete newer ones via restore.

I don't like this idea. What use is this information after your first change? And if you do changes on two different iPads it really doesn't matter which backup was loaded as both have (possibly different) changes to that backup.

No, the better solution will be the iCloud sync that is planned for version 3.7. Then all devices will automatically stay synced.

I think knowing what restore is loaded has some merit, but if the option to keep multiple pads in sync is on the horizon, I won’t argue with you.
