Specially in iphone as it has a smaller screen. If you go to settings, display & brightness, text size, now if you adjust this to make it smaller you will see more text in ST3 songs buttons, this is handy if you have good eyes and long named songs, as you will see more, i for a long time increased this setting so i could easily see the text on apps but this screws you when you have a bussy interface and realestate is at a premium, so play with this till you are happy with the iphone ST3 visual text display.
Now you can do the same on your ipad but because the ipad has more realestate you can afford to have your text a bit larger for easier viewing from a distance.
But the interesting thing is this setting does not effect your lyrics text size, this is determined by a default Font setting within ST3 settings, so if you use a default of 50pt on your ipad when you transfer all your songs to iphone you should go in to settings DEFAULT SIZE MODIFIER TO 0.5x this then adjusts all your lyrics text size on the iphone lyrics display to fit nicely like on the ipad, it basically halves the size of your lyrics text, so it represents the ipad alignment but is smaller in size to complement the iphone screen size.
If you do not do this your lyrics will be huge
And i assume if you do most of your work on iphone then transfer to ipad you just do the reverse so ipad displays correctly.
The main point i am trying to get across is there are two places to tweak your text sizes for two different reasons.
This is something an average user might not discover immediately yet it is very important to get the full visual quality experience ST3 can offer.
I was thinking Peter might of just had an option to choose what device you are using and everything from then on just aligns itself to the correct settings, but he has given us a tweakable option for us to setup to our liking.
At least there is a way to fix this issue.
Hope this has helped someone.
