peter yes I don’t trust any advertisements, in the case of receivers it’s the sensitivity of pickup that matters , it is possible that some receivers have very sensitive tuners while others are not so, that’s why I won’t comment on anything regarding the one I chose to buy until I test it myself, this is why it’s so great that trustworthy and sharing people are commenting on the support system it is a great source of important information.
All these tips just make ST3 better and better on stage my last gig I had no stress whatsoever with my gear and a very strong connection with the audience and that’s what it’s all about.
ST3 is a great example of a powerful yet simple tool that gives you just what you need and no more as it knows what it is trying to achieve,
An great example of an over bloated over complicated software that does a very simple job is OnSong I can’t understand why you would put yourself through all that effort to get very little advantage, so I hope ST3 doesn’t head that way, I rather that it fixes all those little things that need polish or perhaps changes the way it does things to improve its efficiency, on stage it’s great it now needs to improve on its preparation method of entering and editing of text and time codes etc, this is also very important as it’s where we spend most of our time, this only applies to more advanced users, as it’s more than good enough for simple users.
